Wise Choice caters for all functions, large or small. When preparing menu dishes we work in consultation with each and every client to design and produce a menu to suit any occasion, individual taste or dietary requirement. Your function may include: A cocktail party; a buffet style function; a formal dinner; a gourmet BBQ or a marquee with offsite catering.

Chicken roulade filled with basil, pistachio, fetta & sundried tomato
& wrapped in prosciutto served on a sweet potato
& spinach mash with roasted chicken jus.

Tender loin of lamb filled with fresh & dried fruit & nuts,
served on a roasted tomato relish with a rosemary scented jus.

Duck breast with pate & macadamia nut ravioli resting
on spinach with julienne of crispy ginger & orange jus.

DESSERT

Champagne jelly with fresh berries, toffee shards
& red currant reduction.

Coconut infused ice-cream between layers of crushed honeycomb
& meringue and served with raspberry coulis.

Poached pear filled with a cherry brandy marscopone
& drizzled with a red currant reduction.
